Career Highlights:
 Managed a $75.6 million dollar PRASA waste water treatment improvement program that involved Cayey, Caguas, Juncos, Gurabo and Ceiba cities and municipalities. This positioned PRASA to meet new EPA standards.
 The PRASA program included new WWTP construction, capacity expansion, new distribution pipelines and plant renovation and improvements. This provided a WWTP capacity of approximately 75 MGD.
 Managed a $23.0 million dollar AFI water supply, distribution and storage project and WWTP for Caguas, San Lorenzo, Rio Grande and San Lorenzo respectively.
