Private Projects
• Private Residential Construction – Managed contracts, change orders and schedules for the constructed over 200 homes from 1997 to 2008. Hired and managed all subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and deliveries. Cost of construction range from $500,000.00 to $1,200,000.00 per unit. High-end custom build projects. Each project was a design-build or Construction Management contract award. Collaborated with each client through the pre-construction process, construction and post construction process. Liaison between client and designers on design layout, value engineering, materials and means, cost, constructability, environmental issues and sustainability.
• Interior office build-out - Provided interior design plans, subcontracts, change orders and schedule for the build-out of legal office and retail office including all MEP, security, fire suppression, communications and wall finishes. $125,000.00.
• Demolition – Managed demolition process including rodent free extermination and permitting, subcontracting, scheduling for removal of structure, utilities and surface concrete of hurricane damaged homes. $60,000.00
