SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Increased profitability four-fold in one year. Inherited Branch Management position with two loan officers and least profitable branch in the company. Recruited and trained new loan officers, growing branch to over fifteen. Drove profitability for one branch to over 400%.
Reduced loan pricing time 50%. Slow loan production due to amount of time taken to price loans was costing the company significant revenues. Developed new software pricing and application system to streamline closing process. Improved loan pricing time by 50%, while improving amount of time to produce a closing package from one hour, to seven minutes.
Drove start-up, generating $14.4M in five years. Western North Carolina had construction needs for retail, residential and commercial construction targets. Analyzed market and seized opportunity to build over 50 structures, generating significant income.
Designed & built four subdivisions leading to $3.7M in land sales. A need for housing existed in North Carolina. Designed subdivisions, met with planning commission, receiving approval to move forward. Hired and trained staff to implement build, leading to increased profitability.
Created new mortgage company, generating $448K within 2 years. Realized market needs and started mortgage company, expanding it to three offices in North Carolina. Became profitable and generated revenues within twenty-four months.

General Manager/President, Towne Mortgage Planning, Inc., 2005 to 2009. Concurrent with Atlantic Construction managed all operations of two branch offices. Hired and trained loan officers. Assisted with loan placement with multiple lenders. Managed seven and budget of $225K.
Vice President, 1st Choice Mortgage Equity Corporation, 2001 to 2005. Managed multiple offices through the Southeast and approximately 52 loan officers. Worked closely with wholesale underwriting to ensure quality loans.
Director, Log Home Construction Lending, Allied Home Mortgage Capital, 2000 to 2001. Assisted borrowers in obtaining construction financing for log homes. Managed two direct reports.
Shop Floor Control/Customer Service, Ethan Allen/Spruce Pine Division, 1992 to 1999. Controlled parts inventory through different stages of manufacturing process to insure smooth production.
