To obtain a supervisory construction position with growth potential and opportunity for advancement.
I have a background in both commercial and residential construction and was employed by Stewart Construction for more than ten years until project completion last week. Among the jobs that I supervised for Stewart were the construction of the Border Patrol Station in Richford ($10 mil.); the Colchester Municipal Building ($2.5 mil.); a wood chip burning facility at Mt. Abraham High School ($1.5 mil.); two projects for the Air National Guard in Burlington ($5 mil. and $15 mil.); renovations and new construction for the Vermont Housing Authority ($1.75 mil.); renovation of the Middlebury Union High School Auditorium ($750K) and school renovation and new construction of the Winooski K-12 schools ($1.5 mil.). Manpower supervised on various jobs ranged from 21 to 40+ employees and sub-contractors.
Previous to Stewart, I also served as a Clerk of the Works for Missisquoi Valley Union High School on their school construction project. I have also supervised various tool installations and building renovations as well as construction of a mechanical penthouse at IBM while employed by Pizzagalli Construction during my career. I participated in and supervised the installation of woodwork in the Building 969 cafeteria at IBM while working for S.G. Phillips and also worked on various IBM projects while employed by Rosenthal Construction and Babcock Construction and am familiar with and capable of delivering the quality of work required in all IBM projects.
