Project includes:
East River Plaza: A 300 million dollar project including a 550,000 sqft steel super-structure (Shopping Center) with a six level pre-cast concrete parking garage.
Lincoln Center: A 100 million dollar restoration of the lower concourse, exterior plaza, N/S exterior ADA ramps, with two new pedestrian tunnels, and a new MTA entrance.
4/07-4/08: Leyland Alliance: Tuxedo, NY a Commercial and Residential developer focusing on TND (Traditional Neighborhood Design) and mid-rise multifamily units.
Project Manger:
â–º Contract subcontractors and monitor performance to insure schedules and quality objectives are met.
â–º Maintained a thorough understanding of the provisions and requirements of all contract documents, including plans, specifications, owner\\\'s contract, subcontracts and purchase orders.

05/03 – 2/07: Ginsburg Development Companies: Valhalla, NY A 43-year-old construction company focused on the construction of multi family, condominiums, single-family homes, apartments, active adult, and mixed use products.
Project Manager:
â–ºMonitor and coordinate contractors on job. Ensure that contractors adhere to plans and specifications. Identify and resolve field condition problems.
â–ºWrite weekly construction project reports. Review working drawings and administers change order procedures and contractor purchase orders.
â–ºSchedule and run weekly meetings with trade contractors and also hold weekly meetings with on site staff of 8 Superintendents. Adhere to a fast track construction schedule with 8 to 10 closings a month.

â–ºFairways Wallkill NY. $150 million dollar development, 217 units, multi family, condominiums, single family homes ranging between 1300 sq ft and 3000 sq ft. with a 4000sqft clubhouse. All buildings were pre-fabricated panel construction.
â–ºChapel Hill Peekskill NY. $100 million dollar development of 200 multi family townhouses with 24 loft style units from a 100 year old building that was renovated. 1200sqft to 3000.
2000 – 04/03: Velocita Corp. Richmond VA. Privately owned new telecommunication company building a nation wide fiber optic network
Northeast Operations Manager:
