· Spearheaded
a comprehensive multi-million dollar General Use Permit reconfiguration and
facility upgrade project at Stanford's only two high-rise residences,
with extensive interior
space reconfiguration and renovation work; completed project under budget, on
schedule, and exceeded expectations.
Earned special personal recognition from Stanford senior management, who
described the project as “masterful and creativeâ€.
· Introduced innovative and cutting edge design
and construction teams to Stanford
University Residential & Dining Enterprises. The results were "some of the best projects we have
ever done", as noted by Executive Director of Student Housing.
· Managed an extensive long-term
multi-million dollar MEP upgrade and building renewal project throughout all of
Stanford low-rise graduate housing in Escondido Village; achieved an overall project savings of 16% and
completed ahead of schedule.

For exceptional work during 2008, the Housing Planned
& Sustainability Projects department at
Stanford won the Keith L Guy Award, the
highest award given within Stanford Residential & Dining Enterprises for
performing above and beyond the call of duty and exceeding client service
expectations.

Served as
Project Chairperson and Project Manager for a "ground-up" home-build
project in conjunction with The John Cooper School and Montgomery County
Habitat for Humanity. Raised more than
$40,000 in charitable donations for the construction of the 1,025 sq-ft
home. Received great recognition from the lucky family
who received the home.
