To Whom It May Concern:
I provide full-cycle construction management, from Vision through Deployment. Each endeavor and project is an investment, during over twenty years of directing building companies I’ve built a track record of proven success. Maximizing efficiencies of scale by identifying essential key cross functional milestone data reducing redundant reporting and allowing personal to focus on the profitability of company. Domain expertise is streamlining business process allowing the company to recognize its full potential.
My residential experience covers more then five thousand single family homes and several multi family projects. Recently, I Co founded Columbia Capital Consultant group, providing best use strategies to community, regional and national financial institutions on non performing assets in all stages of entitlement. My role was to produce analytic reports (due diligence- loss mitigation-cost to complete-opinion of market value) supporting best next step options...
I’m hands-on, with a deep understanding of business processes, production processes and back-office work-flow. I have extensive, scheduling, procurement and budget management experience and solid reputation in an extremely cost intensive competitive industry.
I understand management and how relationships drive a procedure and process. As operation manager I build teams and showcase leadership, groom future project managers and always manage expectations and deliverables. I keep the sponsors and management aware of our progress and I’m responsible and accountable for every dollar of the project budget.
In Geoff Colvin’s book “Talent Overrated†Bill gates is quoted “ If you took the twenty smartest people out of Microsoft it would be an insignificant company, and if you ask around the company what is its core competency is, they don’t say anything about software. They say it’s hiring. They know what a scarce resource is.â€
If it’s not already apparent, I’m passionate about my work and in getting things done! I’d enjoy learning about your challenges and where I fit in-
