(1968 -1977) Art Williams Logging Company
Worked in all facets of my grandfathers and fathers logging business from a very early age, eventually running logging crews myself for a number of years.
(1977 – 1983) Residential and Commercial Construction.
Worked for a number of custom and production builders to work my way through school, doing all facets of building, mainly framing and finish work, became crew leader for number of companies
(1984-1985) Honda of
Entry level mechanic, later became assistant service manager
(1985-1987)
Head Mechanic
(1986-1987) Owner operator of
Head Mechanic, became owner/operator auto shop and parts store with 12 employees. Sold franchise and auto shop in 1987
(1987-1991)
Self employed, new construction, remodeling
(1992-1993) Project Manager for Rossetto Construction
Supervision of multiple subdivisions
(1994-1997) Self employed General Contractor and Consultant Gold hill,
for small general contractors helping them obtain, develop and operate
small subdivisions around the northwest
(1997-2000) Project Manager for 14,000 ft. Custom Victorian Home
Duties included all facets of project, including; design, set up, all construction phases, and an on site cabinet and woodworking shop. Manager in charge of hiring of all subcontractors and employees, for the duration of building project, also in charge of all budgets, materials, schedules.
(2000-2004) Projects Manager for Goings Homes,
Duties included, development, (both commercial and residential), home building (custom and production), sales, scheduling, budgets and staffing (subcontractors, sales and employees), also in charge of developing and maintaining the safety, customer relations, and warranty programs for the company.
(2005-2006) Construction Superintendent for Adair Homes
Duties include, hiring, training and managing construction management staff for production minded company. Also in charge of hiring subcontractors, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining job budgets, and even flow production for the branch. In less than two years we are the 2nd most productive branch in the company.
