Glacier Construction – July 2009 / November 2010 Water/Waste Water General Contractor (resigned)
Superintendent -Responsible for field operations of site personnel and subcontractors in all trades from ground breaking through completion. Specialty in Field Engineering and Concrete structures. Operate track-hoe, back-hoe, payloader. Calculate, supervise and perform all site layout.
Projects - Waste Water Expansion $30 million - Multiple large concrete structures with 20' vertical walls including radial tank, mechanical equipment and piping, and site utilities / Waste Water Expansion $19 million - Multiple large concrete structures adjacent to active structures.
RN Civil Construction - July 2007 / June 2009 Water/Waste Water General Contractor (laid off)
Superintendent - Responsible for field operations of site personnel and subcontractors in all trades from ground breaking through completion. Hands on superintendent with civil and structural crews. Operate track-hoe, back-hoe, compactor, and payloader.
Projects - $11 million structure - Site civil superintendent responsible for paving / $2.5 million 2MG steel water tank - General Superintendent supervision site civil and steel structural / $5 million new water main from water tower to new pump station including 3 pressure relief vaults.
Pinnacle Construction Group - February 2006 / April 2007 Construction Management/General Contractor (laid off)
General Superintendent - Remote project supervisor of subcontractors, assisted in bid and contract development.
Supervise all subcontractors in meeting contract documents and regulatory requirements from ground up.
Project - $5 million multi-unit residential high-rise lake front resort complex design build.
Salmet/Center Fresh - March 2004 / October 2005 Agricultural Manufacturing Facility (laid off )
Construction Manager - Responsible for all site personnel in all trades, cost estimates, scheduling of hard deadline projects, design build, domestic/international product purchasing and shipping, and value engineering. Operate D-4, track-hoe, tractor with box scraper, and structural welding.
Projects - $18 million expansion project including (8) 500'x 78' ground up pre-engineered buildings with detailed automated ventilation and conveying systems. (3) pre-engineered ground up buildings on 14' concrete walls. All site layout, structural concrete, paving, millwright, conveying, and steel erection.
Stanek Constructors - August 2001 / March 2003 Water/Waste Water General Contractor (resigned - family emergency)
Project Engineer - Responsible for facilitate RFI's, Submittal's review process, project communications, project procurement, Change Order tracking, and schedule tracking. Owner/Engineer/Field liaison. Assistant to Project Manger. Multiple projects at one time. Perform site layout.
Projects - $2.3 million water chlorination pump station / $3 million water treatment plant expansion / $11 million reverse osmosis new facility.
Baker Concrete - March 1999 / August 2001 Concrete Contractor (laid off)
Field Engineer - Line and Grade of all structural and civil concrete. Operate optical equipment for site layout and asbuilt recording process. Responsible for concrete quality control.
Projects - $125 million, Denver Bronco Stadium all project concrete / $15 million underground parking structure.
Haselden Construction - November 1996 / March 1999 Commercial General Contractor (resigned - unique project)
Field Engineer / General Foreman - General Foreman supervising and training trades personnel in commercial and industrial construction projects from ground up construction. Supervise equipment and tool crib including preventative maintenance programs. Design and implement task needs analysis and assigning personnel. Field Engineer responsible for all site line and grade using all optical equipment, contract document upgrades and posting RFI.
Projects - $32 million Casino in mountains (general foreman) / $21 million high-rise with 5 story underground concrete parking structure (field engineer) / $8 million 7 story concrete parking structure in mountains (field engineer) / $10 million mountain school expansion (field engineer) / $86 million University of Colorado Medical Center (field engineer).
