- Oscar Smith Middle School – Managed the construction of a 252,524sf Middle School consisting of classrooms, laboratories, gymnasium, auditorium, administrative, educational and kitchen/dining facilities as to accommodate 1,500 students, this two phased project includes the new school construction and the subsequent demolition and abatement of the adjacent existing school. Site work consisted of rainwater harvesting system, roads and parking lots. New site features included a football and track stadium with bleachers, concession building, softball field and tennis courts. $42,000,000.00
- Virginia Beach Correctional Facility, Renovation and Expansion - Supervised the construction a five story 154,000sf new addition, 40,055sf renovations to the existing building, site work around the new addition and existing building. Demolition of existing buildings to make way for the new addition, partial demolition at the existing building (jail) abatement and removal of hazardous materials. Construction of a new addition and renovations to the existing building. The work included installation of a complex security system with detention grade doors and hardware and the integration of existing building systems into the new addition to allow both buildings to function as one. $40,000,000.00
- Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel, Baltimore, Maryland - Worked as a primary member of an on-site project management team building a 31 floor, 750 key high rise hotel in downtown Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Responsibilities included the administration of change order proposals, requests for information, document control and scheduling and project buy-out. $70,000,000.00
- Courtyard Marriott, Baltimore, Maryland – Performed project management and superintendent duties at the end of this troubled project to ensure the completion of a 14 floor, 205 room hotel and parking garage. Coordinated and monitored subcontractor activities and scheduled and maintained punch-list resolutions with the hotel operators and developers. $32,000,000.00.
- Costco Wholesale Warehouse, Hanover, Maryland – Responsibilities of constructing a new 150,000 sf warehouse included all aspects of managing a fast-paced 90 day project including subcontract negotiation, submittal reviews, change orders, scheduling, monthly cost projections to project close-out. $7,500,000.00.
- Costco Wholesale Warehouse, Hazlet, New Jersey –Managed the construction of an 18,000 sf addition and improvements of various interior businesses while maintaining continuous store operations. Resolved several design changes, coordinate these changes with retail operations and completed on schedule. $4,000,000.00.
- Costco Wholesale Warehouse, Sterling, Virginia –Challenging remodel that entailed keeping the store fully operational for the entire duration of the demolition and construction of additional sales bay, freezers and the relocation of the tire center.
- Johnson City Continuing Education Center - $10,600,000.00 convention center- Estimated several divisions of the project, worked with owner and design team to value-engineer cost savings, performed project by out and reviewed submittals.
- Medcenter Professional Park III - $2,600,000.00 medical office building- Part of estimating and bid team, assisted in subcontractor negotiations and material procurement.
- Northpoint Professional Office Park - $2,500,000.00 medical office building- Performed estimating and bidding duties, project procurement, scheduling and management duties.
