Duties - learning process over first three years
Move to lead position all framing , windows , doors , exterior trim , interior trim
drywall , electrical , plumbing , hvac , footings etc.
Skills - Management of projects $2,000 to $750,000 plus Managing 1 to 25 employees
Managing up to three crews at one time
Reading Blueprints and other documents
layout work , Estimating , material orders
Equipment used saws , drills , scissor lifts , lulls , bobcats , small dozers , mini excavators
2. Gilliatte General Contractors 1994-2002 2004
Title - Superintendent
Duties- Oversee complete project from start to finish including but not limited to:
Acquiring Soil/Boring test for project in question
Proof roll
Site layout and or Eng firm to do so
Make sure all work was per plan and specs on underground utilities.
All concrete work including curbs, sidewalks, Light pole bases, Sign bases etc.
This included acquiring Firms to get all Samples of Concrete and slump test as well .
All erosion control from silt fence , straw waddles, etc.
Proceeding on from foundations and flat-work including FL#s if required throughout all trades.
From Exterior Masonry to Interior finishes to Roofing punch out and Project closing.
Weekly Safety Meetings
Daily Reports
Acquiring answers to any RFIs in question
Meeting with Architects and Engineers when required.
Skills- Management of said projects $50,000 to $ 3 Million Plus Managing of 1 to 100 employees and
subs.
Reading and Understanding of Blueprints and Spec. books, directing all subcontractors
Help in training of new employees.
Keeping Site in order Safe and Deliver these projects on TIME
Equipment used Bobcats ,Dozers ,Mini executors , Rollers ,Compactors
Saws,Drills,Presses,Shears, Mig welding Etc.
Mechanical skills some engine repair gears, hydraulics,breaks,hoses,belts,and general maintenance.

Title - Superintendent / Estimator
Duties - Acquiring Blueprints all job Specs and Estimating all underground Waterworks and Utilities
Estimating all sewer , Pressure sewer , Waterworks , connections , fittings , pipe , mains , fire hydrant ,
valves , valve boxes , trust blocks , electrical and phone chases , PRV stations marking tape tracer wires
etc.
Overseeing installation and inspections of said Plans and Specs.
Skills - Estimating and Managing of said projects $50,000 to $7 million plus Managing of 1 to 50
employees.
Quoting all of these items and entering them into the Eclipse computer program
Taking bids on all items and contracting them
Overseeing all labor and training of employees
Ability to be hands on in connections of said Blueprints and material
Equipment used - Excavator , Dozer , Roller , Compaction equipment , Grading equipment etc.
These projects include waterworks from Golf courses to 200 lot Subdivisions.
In addition to my contracting experience, I owned a metals machine shop and I did custom glass
etching. I have experience with all types of equipment ,
Mills , laths , saws , shears , breaks , welding , drills , presses ,
In March of 2003 I received 2, U.S. patents for the design and manufacturing of complete turn
