Project Superintendent on the 1.7 million sq. ft. high bay aircraft manufacturing facility for the Boeing 777 jetliner in Everett, Washington. Prior to this, I completed a 55,000 sq. ft. food processing plant for Ethel M. Chocolates, a division of M&M/Mars in Henderson, Nevada, as a Project Superintendent. At McDonnell Douglas in Long Beach, California, I was a Construction Superintendent on the one million sq. ft. assembly and office facility for the U.S. Air Force C-17 transport aircraft.

Principal of firm with projects consisting of a 376 unit condominium, 114 unit apartment over subterranean parking, 40 unit single family housing tract and a 676 unit senior housing development. We also completed miscellaneous office & industrial buildings as well as a few custom homes.
1983 to 1985 Hedley Builders, Inc. – Irvine, CA
Project Superintendent for a $5.5 million remodel to the Odetics Office and Manufacturing complex in Anaheim, California. Prior to this project, I completed a million dollar remodel to Asco Sintering Company in Commerce, CA. I was also responsible for preconstruction coordination, estimating & bidding, preparing preconstruction budgets and proposals, as well as assisting in business development.
1979 to 1983 The Austin Company (Design / Build) – Irvine, CA
Assistant Superintendent solely responsible for punch listing and obtaining owner acceptance of a $100 million regional computer center for Security Pacific Bank in Brea, California. I had been involved in this project from start to finish for over two years. I was also a Field Engineer and on-site scheduler at a $28 million truck bed manufacturing plant for Toyota and Field Engineer on a 3 building office and manufacturing complex for Beckman Instruments. Prior to this, I was a Scheduler on a number of projects including a multi-story office building for N.B.C., an office & parts warehouse for Honda and several other industrial facilities.
1974 to 1979 Architectural Draftsman & Project Coordinator for three architectural firms, gaining experience in Hospitals and Commercial Projects while fulfilling requirements to obtain my State and National Architectural Licenses.
