Project Manager, Fleming Construction Co., 2011 to present. A $40M highway construction company. Track, analyze and record daily job cost and production rates to achieve competitive edge and profitable operations. Train site foremen and superintendents on new operational procedures. Manage $10M budget and four employees.
General Manager, LA Homes, 2006 to 2010. Fifth largest production builder in New Orleans. Utilized project management to ensure each phase was completed on time, within budget and within specifications. Improved production quality and customer service with strong contractor rapport. Managed $13M budget, ten employees and over 50 subcontractors.
Superintendent, Boh Bros Construction Co., 2000 to 2005. A $250M highway and bridge contractor. Optimized operating efficiency and profitability by directing execution from excavation to completion of civil projects. Trained multi-faceted employees from carpenters to foreman. Managed $30M budget and 75 employees.
