Inline projects range from 7000 square feet to 12000 square feet with an average construction budget of $800,000. The inline Chuck E Cheese’s projects located in mall and strip mall venues. GHA involvement included Landlord space coordination and creating layout with CEC input and construction documents.

Freestanding projects range from 7000 square feet to 12000 square feet with an average construction budget of $1.5 million. The freestanding Chuck E Cheese projects consist of three different site curbs-in, modified curb-in and an as-is site. GHA involvement included Landlord space coordination and creation of layout with CEC input and construction documents.

Coordinated drawings during design development and construction documents stages of projects, conferred with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural consultants for completion of projects and analyzed shop drawings.

• Automated People Mover DFW International Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
Task on this project include leading a team of two on creating two substations for the future terminal locations that provided power to the APM (presently called Skylink) at the terminal.
• American Eagle Baggage DFW International Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
Created 17, 000 square feet baggage area for the American Eagle at Terminal A with construction budget of $10 million. Altered initial building design to reduce hard cost of the structure by 10%.
• TVA/AA Renovation DFW International Airport, Dallas/Ft Worth, TX
Coordinated the migration of TVA with American Airlines at Terminal B. The project consisted of renovations and operations programming at Apron and Concourse level of Terminal B. Challenged with the programming of three in-user to create one area of operation for American Airlines.
• TVA/AA Renovation Lambert International Airport, St. Louis, MO
Created design and development package for Terminal D and B long range master plan. The project consisted of renovations at Apron and Concourse level of Terminal B. Condition analysis of existing baggage area at the apron level. Coordinated the migration if TVA with AA on at Design Development stage of this project
• AA Hangar Office Renovation DFW Airport International Airport, TX
Managed the construction of a small 1,000 square feet office renovation for one of American Airline operational manager and two staff receptionists. (Estimated cost of construction equaled $50,000.)
• Raleigh/Durham Terminal D RDU International, Raleigh, NC
Created and designed a development package for Terminal D long range master plan. Interim building consists of 74,000 square feet. Designed and programmed administrative office building and interim building, provided an operational space during the construction of Terminal D. (A 30, 000 square feet office building to be constructed for administrative staff for the proposed Terminal D.)
