Dear HR
I am an experienced Project Management Executive with a strong background in
community and government relations. This combined with outstanding public
speaking abilities makes me the best candidate to take construction and
maintenance projects from concept to occupancy.
The diversity of my experience sets me apart from other applicants.
In my 22 years as a commercial and industrial contractor, my project types have
included: new construction, renovation, additions, fit-out and conversion.
My customers have included: hospitals, banks, churches, fire companies,
telecom, retail, hospitality, municipal, non-profit, public authority,
industrial plant, health care, medical device manufacturer, day care and
education.
I have managed fit-out projects in multi tenant facilities, which housed
sensitive operations.
I have experience in the cellular industry, having erected towers and mounted
antennas on smoke stacks, water tower, buildings and rooftops. I am familiar
with the maintenance impacts of these types of tenants. My telecom
experience also includes additions, renovations, expansions of Central Switch
Facilities (Data Centers)
I have served on the Board of Directors and as President of the Cecil County
Chamber of Commerce which has given me experience in leadership by consensus
building and multiparty negotiation.
I hope this helps round out the picture provided by my resume.
Thank you for your assistance.
Bill
