Major Program Business Manager/Chief Financial Officer – Water Business Group Programs, (2002 – 2008)
• Chief Financial Officer for the startup and transition to ongoing operations of major programs including:
• U.S. Forces Korea Base Relocation Program in South Korea ($10B)
• Abu Dhabi Sewage Services Deep Tunnel Program in the United Arab Emirates ($4B)
• Puerto Rico Aqueduct Sewage Authority Program in Puerto Rico ($2B)
• Managed all F&A related Program startup activities, professional registrations, taxes, treasury, professional licenses, pricing, contract negotiations, joint venture formation, and Federal compliance.
• Supervised banking transactions, joint ventures, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Established and maintained Oracle project accounting system, inter-company work exchange, procurement and subcontracting.

• Coordinated the management of domestic and international financial and administrative services, large project/program pricing, and mergers and acquisition analysis.
• Led F&A functions including contracts, legal and regulatory compliance, budgeting and forecasting, revenue recognition, financial analysis and reporting, internal audit, and risk management.
Controller – CH2M HILL/Operations Management International, Inc. (OMI), (1993 – 2002)
• Conducted the cost-effective design, implementation and management of domestic and international GAAP/SOX compliant accounting activities for a $170M contract operations provider for the environmental industry.
• Member of leadership team that profitably tripled (+20% annual growth rate) the business in 9 years.
