Three projects totaling $155,000, which consisted of the construction of a new Radiation Room and a new Ambulatory Surgery Unit and the removal of mold from three offices.

Charles Common - Johns Hopkins University Student Housing & Bookstore, Baltimore, Maryland
A $60 million dollar project, which consisted of the construction of a new 10-story and a new 12-story building to house the students of Johns Hopkins University. The project was constructed with concrete columns, prestressed concrete decks, structural studs and brick veneer. There were three (3) project mangers on this project and my responsibilities were the coordination of the slab and ceiling rough-ins, processing of the submittals and processing of the change orders. The project was funded by Johns Hopkins University.
Broadway Homes Rentals Church Home Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland
An $11 million dollar project, which involves the construction of 18 apartment units in an existing commercial building and the construction of 38 apartment units for public housing residents in a new 5-story building built on top of a 2-story garage that was attached to the existing building. The project was constructed with concrete columns and decks, hambro composite decks, structural studs and brick veneer. The 1 and 2 bedroom units were built under the federal government’s Hope VI housing program and funded by the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, HUD, CDA, Home Funds of Baltimore City and Sun Trust Bank.
Broadway Homes Infrastructure for the Rentals and For Sale Units, Baltimore, Maryland
A $3.6 million dollar project, which consisted of the construction of 5 new public streets, sidewalks, street lighting and utilities throughout the Broadway Homes complex for access to 91 townhouse units and
2 apartment buildings. This was also built under the federal government’s Hope VI housing program.
Villages of Lakeview, Edgewood, Maryland
A $7.1 million dollar project, which involves the renovation of the interior of 223 Section 8 garden apartments with kitchens, bathrooms, doors, flooring and painting into market rate apartments with the residents residing in the apartment during renovation. The work also included the renovation of the exterior of 19 apartment buildings, the construction of a new public street through the complex to increase visibility and access, and a new community center. The project was funded through CDA and Sun Trust Bank.
Lexington Terrace Rental Townhouses, Baltimore, Maryland
A $16.1 million dollar project, which consisted of 203 new stick built townhomes for the public housing residents of Baltimore City that were built under the federal government’s Hope VI housing program. The 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units were funded through of the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, HUD, and CDA.
Hoyts Cinema 10 Theater, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
A $4 million dollar new 10 theater multiplex stadium seating Movie Theater, which was privately funded. The building was constructed with structural steel and concrete with an EIFS exterior.
Public Safety Headquarters, Towson, Maryland
A $5 million dollar renovation of an 11-story office building that now houses the headquarters of the Baltimore County Police and Fire Departments. The construction was performed while the building was occupied on the 8th and 9th floors and funded by Baltimore County.
St. Lukes Place Apartments, Baltimore, Maryland
A $6 million dollar new rental 4-story building with 125 apartment units for the elderly financed under a HUD 202 Program. The building was constructed with masonry walls, precast decks, studs and brick veneer.
Corcey Station Apartments, Landsdowne, Maryland
A $2.7 million dollar new stick built rental apartment building with 49 apartment units on 3 floors for the elderly financed under a HUD 202 Program.
Christopher Condominiums, Bethesda, Maryland
A $15.8 million dollar new 15-story 150-condominium unit project with 3 levels of underground parking and a swimming pool, which was financed by a Bank in Tokyo, Japan. The building was constructed with concrete, structural studs and brick veneer.
Tall Oaks Elderly, Reston, Virginia
A $6.1 million dollar new rental apartment building with 60 apartment units on 6 floors for the elderly financed under a HUD 202 Program. The building was constructed on the side of a hill with masonry, precast decks and brick veneer.
Grosvenor Tower Apartments, Rockville, Maryland
A $17.5 million dollar new high-rise market rate rental apartment building with 237 apartments on 19 floors with an attached parking garage and a swimming pool, which was financed by conventional funding. The project was constructed with concrete, structural studs and brick veneer.

A $21 million dollar new 21-story high-rise market rate 248 rental apartment units building with an underground garage and funded by conventional funding. The project was constructed with concrete, structural studs and brick veneer.
