Compass Project Management, Inc. (CPM) was founded on the principle that successful projects result from a deliberate process of developing the best plan, assembling the most qualified team, and committing to excellence in execution from concept to closeout of a building project. I was brought on board Compass to manage the construction of the New Marshfield High School and Sports Complex. The total cost for this project is $104 mil with project time of 30 months. To include construction of 270.000 sqft High School, 30,000 Gallon a day Waste Water Treatment Plant, 2 Synthetic Turf Stadiums, 6 Soccer Fields, 3 Baseball Fields, Softball Field, and 8 Tennis Courts. The project is currently looking to be complete in April 3 months early and we are currently tracking 73 CO on $62 mil spent. Great project with perfect communication by all parties involved.

• Administered pre-construction planning for civil and structural aspects of MHS project. Responsible for coordination of project components to ensure all project goals and milestones are met. Maximize productivity by setting clear expectations and proactively communicating project status. Draft and distribute project objectives and tasks to solution team. Negotiate successfully with clients, staff and outside vendors.
• Direct and oversee multiple PMs and team leaders to ensure integrity and quality of project is within the scope. Brought on board with this Logistics Civil Augmentation Program charged with the support and augmentation of US Army Operations in Afghanistan to leverage considerable construction expertise in managing all aspects of site operations, departments, services, and construction activities for mining, oil, and gas operations for the Area of Operation White Eagle.

Played an instrumental role in building out and designing operating bases to include: Sewer Treatment System, Water Purification and Retention Areas, Landing Areas, Multiple Hard Structures made up of medical facilities, barracks, bathroom, dining facilities, and recreational areas.
Administered a $56M budget while overseeing a 70+ member project team, taking the lead in designing the power grid, and worked extensively with assigned soldiers to provide the best living conditions possible.

KBR Supporting LOGCAP III, Baghdad, Iraq
Recruited with this construction and engineering firm supporting the US military Logistics Civil Augmentation Program in Iraq as a power generation foreman working on commercial projects supervising a 15-member project management and maintenance team in achieving compliance with safety and maintenance standards across site operations.
SELECTED CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS
Evaluated site personnel to source and identify strengths in order to achieve improvements in staff morale, in addition to implementing an improved maintenance management program and enhanced ordering functions.
Led a complete technical analysis of the units including generators and generators, in addition to training and educating staff on best practices in conducting daily inspections, weekly generator audits netting key improvement in 6 months.
Revitalized the generator maintenance shop including equipment PMIs and operations, setting up maintenance schedules and procedures for 153 generators ranging from 5kw to 1.5kw MEP-004, 5, 6, 9, 12 and assorted units.
Advised coalition military forces on power generation requirements, in addition to establishing and implementing onsite safety policies and procedures and holding weekly training on various aspects of generators and related safety issues.

Founded this independent General Contracting firm in 2006 which provides Site Utility and Framing labor to multiple contractors on Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station. To date we average $30 mil a year in construction build out.
OBS was started by my father, brother and myself with me as principal. We currently have 4 commercial framing crews and 2 site crews working the in Coastal, NC.

Initiated a major construction project for the development of a new residential street in the Boston area, obtaining $3.5M in financing and play an instrumental leadership role in securing government approval, managing and HR and payroll administration, finance management, and liaison with engineers, before taking on additional commercial projects.
Developed numerous residential and commercial structures representing $38M in new construction sales including multiple Starbucks locations and high-end spec homes in Massachusetts, project managing all onsite operations over a 3 year period.
Ran a completely self-contained enterprise including site workers and utility crews, framers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, painters, and plasterers, serving as the licensed General Contractor for all project-related functions.
