Reporting to Director Level, Brian has 13 years project and construction management experience delivering developments for reputable US companies.
Brian has been responsible for delivering across all project stages – from inception, appointment of team, options appraisal/select, define design/engineering co-ordination and development, utilities and authority approvals, procurement, schedule and cost management, execution works (on-site), testing & commissioning, transition to operations, and final account.

The project is a multiple phase project consisting of real estate acquisition and demolition for the University Medical Center, which is a combination of three treatment facilities, a parking garage, a utility building totaling 2,295,799 square feet on a 37 acre site.
Construction phase:
As a project manager for the Utility Building, my responsibilities were as follows:
• Led the inspection team on the building skin, water tank, fire caulking, CMU blocks, domestic water pump room, water proofing and building steel.
• Developed daily reports for Jacobs Engineering to share with the State’s representative.
• Maintained adherence to the standards set forth by the design specifications and in full compliance with the State of Louisiana for a safe and defect free installation.
• Led team building meetings with the contractors and Skanska to open the communication channels and work closely on resolving field issues
• Worked closely with Skanska superintendent on identifying quality issues and provide a corrective action to keep the project on schedule.
• Developed relationships with sub-contractors to help with coordination between all trades and facilitate the task on hand.
