Worked through inverse condemnation/spot zoning issues with the City of Chino Hills regarding hillside lots that required cutting and terracing into the hillside, grading of bedrock certified at .10 and 12†block embedded into the hillside. Interacted with various agencies, City Council, and Planning Commission to secure permits and waivers of existing regulations. The project was successfully completed.
