Worked with owners, architects and engineers. Negotiated contracts. Monitored project schedules, field operations, compliance with plans, specifications and contracts. Performed quality assurance, and approved billings for contract progress. Provided facilities maintenance services. Endeavored to assure customer satisfaction, resolve construction problems and issues in balance with project completion.

• Georgetown Preparatory School, (Bethesda, Md.): Performed design/build renovation and restoration of three levels of dormitories and adjacent hallways and stairways. Project involved design, pre-construction planning and permitting; planned work to coincide with end of school year, ensuring completion before beginning of new school year. Work included extensive restoration of oak wainscot, doors, floors, plaster repairs, upgrade of electrical lighting and installation of new fixtures and furnishings. Completed 45 dormitories as scheduled for fall school year opening. Contract value: $1.25 million.
• Stone Ridge Country Day School for Girls, (Bethesda, Md.): Coordinated design/build construction and permitting for three science wet laboratories in existing building. Built classrooms with wet-lab capabilities, fume hoods and gas valves for experiments. Performed project on rolling phase schedule, finishing labs within seven months from permit issuance. Contract value: $495,000.
• The Art Litho Company, (Baltimore, Md.): Managed design/build construction project for major facilities expansion. Added 30M square feet of new one-story addition, including specialized HVAC, heavy-up of electrical to service three new printing presses and new offices. Once new offices were occupied, renovated 10,000 square feet of vacated space into open-space offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, reception area and pre-press staging and computerized operation center. Contract value: $2.3 million.
The Glen Burnie United Methodist Church, (Glen Burnie, Md.): Managed extensive alterations and renovations, including reconfiguration of sanctuary layout with modification or reuse of existing oak appointments. Constructed new tiered pulpit and choir area and reconstructed original altar rail and kneeling step from original oak materials. Completed extensive repairs on water-damaged plaster ceiling. Installed new architectural-grade overhead lighting and modified existing walls to allow handicap access. Oversaw decorative painting all throughout sanctuary.
