Capital project design and construction:
• Completed ten projects (total 225,000 RSF, $8.0 million) in existing facilities; satisfied complex user requirements without affecting operations; qualified A&E consultants and contractors, evaluated user requirements, prepared sketch designs, reviewed contract documents and verified bid packages, supervised construction work to ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget constraints.
