• The project consists of Large & Small Retail, Market Rate Housing, Student Housing, Academic Buildings, Athletic Field House, Visual & Performing Arts Center Building with a Performing Arts Theater, Large Parking Decks, Surface Parking, Under-Ground Parking and Pedestrian Malls. Project being designed to qualify for LEED certification.
• Collaborated with adjacent property developers to coordinate the large scale redevelopment project to help maintain a common theme in terms of architecture design, image and circulation.
• Managed all daily activities associated with planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordination/ preparation of contract documents, progress meetings, and oversight of construction activities. Coordinated the bidding process from RFP to award of projects. Managed contract documentation phase and required state documents. Obtained internal and external funding. Worked with external agencies to complete required documentation for available funding opportunities for demolition of existing buildings and the remediation of hazardous materials.
