 Interior Build-Out Projects
 Swiss Re - New York, NY. Provided Owner’s Representative services for a 12,000SF trading floor area including tie-ins and upgrades to existing building infrastructure. Responsibilities include asset and cost management, program management, change order evaluation, scheduling evaluations, furniture, fixtures, and equipment management, outside vendor coordination and management.
 Mount Sinai Medical Center – New York, NY. Multiple renovation projects requiring phased interior laboratory and clinical spaces for various floors in the facility, including new spaces for fellows and residents, with an average floor area of 22,000 SF. Included detailed integration between laboratory equipment and furniture vendors and all interior subcontractors.
 World Trade Center- Treatment and Monitoring Department– New York, NY. Located at the Mount Sinai Medical Center Basic Sciences building, a 12,000 SF interior renovation consisting of exam rooms and consultation offices. The project was on a fast track schedule with design/build type services. The facility was constructed due to the need to help those whose health was physically affected by the acts of Sept. 11, 2001.
 Mount Sinai School of Medicine – New York, NY. A medical teaching facility to educate 140 students that comprised approximately 20,000SF in the Annenberg building. The project included custom furniture systems, state of the art audio/visual system integration, and implementation of various “Green†elements.
 Mount Sinai Medical Center – New York, NY. Renovations of existing Operating Rooms, located in the Guggenheim Pavilion. All work was performed on overtime and on weekends and phased on a room need basis.
 New York Presbyterian Hospital- New York, NY. Fire Alarm System and Infrastructure Upgrade project affecting all floors of their main hospital building. All work was sequenced and phased so that the least amount of down time was scheduled for patients and hospital staff.
 School Construction Authority- Queens, NY. Served as construction administrator for various SCA renovations including classroom, office and auditorium renovations. Work included Local Law 11 evaluations and implementation of corrective work, classroom and facilities upgrades.
 TMP Worldwide (Monster.com) – New York, NY. General construction of interior office spaces of 160,000 s.f., which included their corporate headquarters and their downtown office locations.
 Swiss Re – New York, NY. A six storey restack project including employee densification and major infrastructure tie-ins for over 120,000 SF of office space. Work included a state of the art trading floor.
 The Bank of New York - New York, NY. Offices and conference rooms for a 20,000 SF interior build-out.
 Tiffany’s- New York, NY. Interior build-outs for renovated floors at their flagship store including jewelry operations, offices and conference rooms, and an employee cafeteria.
 Law Offices of Morrison Cohen- New York, NY. High end interior build-out for renovated floors comprising 30,000 SF including executive offices and conference rooms.
 Law Offices of Wachtel Lipton Rosen Katz- New York, NY. Interior build-out for a renovated floor comprising 20,000 SF including executive offices and conference rooms.
 Evercore Partners - New York, NY. Fast Track Design-Build interior build-out for a renovated floor comprising 25,000 SF including executive offices and conference rooms.
 Hermes - New York, NY. Interior build-out for their renovated showroom facility comprising 20,000 SF including executive offices and conference rooms.
 Concert, NJ – Warren, NJ. Four storey restack project for their New Jersey location comprising 80,000 SF including executive offices and conference rooms.
 Bear Stearns - Brooklyn, NY. Interior build-out for three renovated floors comprising 60,000 SF including executive offices, an employee cafeteria, and conference rooms.
 Cartier – New York, NY. Interior build-out for two renovated floors comprising 15,000 SF including showrooms and conference centers.
 HSBC Bank - New York, NY. Full gut renovation of a branch located at 39th St. and Lexington Ave.
 NatWest Bank- New York and New Jersey. Facilities Management for various locations involving phased full gut renovations of existing branches.
 Core and Shell Projects
 The Prince George Hotel- New York, NY. Project Management services for a 416 single room occupancy – low to medium income housing project. This was a not-for-profit project funded by Common Ground and HPD. Work included a major infrastructure upgrade, contained a major historical restoration, Local Law 11 upgrades, and was granted NYC landmark status.
 NYCHA - Melrose Community Center - Bronx, NY. Provided construction administration services for ground up construction for 2 new buildings consisting of a “state of the art†gymnasium and a three storey administrative building with separate access bridge way.
 Long Beach School District – Long Beach, NY. Construction of two new low rise buildings consisting of additions for classrooms and a gymnasium.
 Waldbaums Foodmart – NY and Conn. Construction administration for multiple stand-alone supermarket projects that included additions and all aspects of ground-up work to existing store locations.
 Augustinian Church – Suffern, NY. Construction administration for a new church. Included stone façade work, exposed glue-lam structural members, cupola with bronze bell, interior wrought iron gates and a connecting corridor.
Reports and Investigations
 School Construction Authority- New York. Provided Local Law 11 Site Analysis Reports for various SCA school locations throughout New York City. Major analysis involved exterior brick and molding failure, recommendations for parapet and roof restoration work due to water infiltration and it’s affects to the structural members. Worked with a masonry consultant in developing analysis reports for all problematic areas.
