Most recently I was brought in to be the general manager of Magi Construction which had been plagued with poor project management resulting in customer dissatisfaction and lackluster earnings. As a result of the improvements that I introduced to our operations the company achieved record revenues and profits in 2007 and then won its largest single contract award in late 2008.
In 2005-06 I headed up a team Over the past 28 years my career has been in construction from Retail to Medical office.
that went to Louisiana for disaster recovery efforts after hurricane Katrina. During this operation I ran under two different Government entities simultaneously. The first was under the Army Corps of Engineers, performing demolition and debris removal. The second was for FEMA, performing delivery and set-up of temporary housing.
I am also a LEED AP, and holder of a Florida General Contractors License.
