Vendor Management
• Negotiated contracts with a wide variety of vendors and suppliers, creating relationships that resulted in an increase of efficiency and a decrease of cost. (Vendors including office equipment, computers and phone systems, stationary and supplies, HVAC contractors, security services (on-site, electronic, video); cleaning services, car services, shipping suppliers, messenger services, records management, etc.)
• Worked with parent company, IPG, corporate purchasing, to implement negotiated contracts resulting in decreasing costs even further.
Budget Management
• Prepared all Operating and staffing budgets and compensation packages. Worked closely with Finance and Accounting to review and reforecast budgets throughout the year, more efficiently funding day to day activities and special projects.
Relocation Management
• Successfully planned and implemented large moves into new space in both NY and LA with minimal disruption to workflow. Facility & Assent Management w/use of Aperture Software.
• Routinely planned and supervised execution of restacking of people and departments, and their belongings.
Special Projects
• Event Planning, including Agency parties, both planned and impromptu.
