Orchestrated turnaround of Large-Scale Multifamily project, tripling productivity- Recruited to serve as
the Project Manager for Cornerstone, I increased productivity more than three-fold to $34 million annually for this
specialty developer in Chicago’s city limits through progressive management and subcontractor coordination.
Coordinated fast-track construction of Indiana Institute of Technology dormitory- Using my expertise and
experience I coordinated and managed the rapid erection and completion of this dormitory in 120 days.
As Project Manager for G.M. Construction- I managed large projects for companies such as AT&T,
Rolls Royce, Kroger Superstores, Meijer Department Stores and General Motors. I developed and managed a
Project Delivery Program Manager (PDPM) initiative with General Motors in which I negotiated a 3 year, $55
million contract for all construction projects within their Midwest Plants.
