Responsible for multiple project managers/superintendents on a Historical Hotel/Inn situated on a 275 acre site, major infrastructure renovation/addition including Cogen plant, new 4-pipe system throughout, new roadways/cart paths, multiple buildings (300+ new rooms/suites), restaurants, water features, conference center, lobby, reception, maintenance buildings, etc. while hotel was open for daily business. Project length of two (2) years and finished on schedule/budget.

Major renovation to existing busy shopping center, with open, existing businesses, including new electrical underground services, water, sewer and storm drainage. New Bed Bath & Beyond (building and interior) with adjacent retail spaces. Consisted of 120+ mini piles, structural and slab on grade, major grading operations, SWWPP program adherence, new parking, lighting and landscaping.
