Real Estate Acquisitions & Leasing
 Managed the acquisition of 537 acres of industrial land for 6.3 million sqft of industrial buildings and 200,000 sqft of commercial. Total purchase price $160M.
 Acquisition of 44 acres of industrial land in Krumsville, PA for a 500,000 sqft distribution building. Purchase price $2.8M.
 Negotiated the purchase of 89 acres of agricultural & industrial land in Frystown, PA for 3 distribution buildings totaling more than 1 million sqft. Purchase price of $3.8M.
 Purchased a portfolio of 6 industrial warehouse buildings for $24M.
 Responsible for leasing over 500,000 sqft. of industrial real estate.
Industrial Development
 Developed over 1.2 million sqft of industrial speculative & build-to-suit distribution buildings in Florida. Total development budget exceeded $83 million.
 Negotiated the transaction of Build-to-Suit projects exceeding 400,000 sqft.
 Managed the acquisition of 64 acres of un-entitled industrial land for a business park of more than 1 million sqft of warehouse/distribution buildings for a purchase price of $5.1 million.
 Purchased 34 acre tract of land and a lake for an industrial business park in FL for $7.4M.
 Coordinated more than 580,000 sqft of tenant improvements for a total budget of $15.1M.
Project Management
 Directed the programming and construction of a 350 room Residence Inn by Marriott with a budget of $38.5 million.
 Managed the construction of a 146 room Courtyard by Marriott with a budget of $17M.
 Comprehensive project management of 34 Sports Authority retail stores. The total developed was 1.47 million square feet with a budget of $80.3M.
 Lead the design & construction of build-to-suit retail projects exceeding more than 326,000 sqft. Actual project costs of $23,825,000.
Leadership
 Spearhead the design, due diligence, engineering and construction of over 65 projects throughout the United States in a 17 year period.
 Directed and motivated the Sports Authority construction department with a staff of approximately 15 employees.
 Facilities Manager of the Year†in 1994 & 1995 while managing approx. 150 retail stores.
 Orchestrated the roll-out of “new store of the future†concept for The Sports Authority.
