I am responsible for all negotiations, budgets, estimates, the solicitation of subcontractors and estimating system maintenance as well as all proposal reviews. Phoenix is a Butler Building dealer. I am accountable for contract reviews and negotiating any corrections necessary. I also manage several projects including fit-outs and Butler buildings as well as large, multi-million dollar residential home construction and renovations.

I utilized my people skills and Chief Architect to perform preliminary CAD design for private entities and general contractors. Prior to the expense of a licensed architect, I was able to show clients their ideas in two and three dimension. I also supplied my clients with conceptual estimates prior to their commitment to the project. Under this same corporate umbrella, I held several multi-unit and single unit properties. I performed all facets of the property management for these properties.

I took charge of several projects from the estimate stage to occupation on fit-outs, pre-engineered and medical facilities. I performed the plan review, the initial take-off, solicited subcontractors and organization of the bid.
