Developed a construction scheduling process which guarantees an on-time delivery schedule. This is great for the operations group.
Successfully managed the processing of all projects for state, county and local permitting including expediting the approval process. I have never lost an approval for permits, variances and re-zonings. During this phase I finalized construction documents for competitive bidding, typically ready for construction to start immediately after formal approvals were received.
Have a thorough understanding of city, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to land use, construction and environmental impact to determine site viability; ability to speak and present at public meetings such as planning and city council meetings. Reviewed and negotiated various real estate/legal documents to ensure company’s interests were protected.
Accurate and detail oriented with strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. I have a working expertise of Microsoft office products, AutoCAD, cost estimating programs and timeline schedules measuring to key performance indicators.
