FL, TX, AZ, NV, HI, VI, the Carribean or the Middle East
To Whom It May Concern,
I am licensed CGC, Certified General Contractor, CGC-026730, with 28 years of senior level management experience. As such, I am familiar with all aspects of the construction industry, i.e. infrastructure, vertical and fit outs. I am used to employing multi-national personnel and overseeing multiple projects in multiple locations.
On a personal level, I have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I am accomplished at liaison work, negotiations and personnel management... in addition to contracts, procurements, logistics, mobilizations and problem resolution. And, I have never missed a completion deadline for a project that I was in charge of.
I am healthy, single, willing to travel, willing to relocate, and I have recently renewed my U.S. Passport (expires in July, 2019), and I hold a valid U.S. Driver's License... plus, I am available immediately. I also have all the proper security forms (SF85, SF85P and SF85PS) all properly fill out, in full, and ready to be submitted for any level of security clearance needed. I am willing to work in the Middle East and/or the USA in warm climates, i.e. FL, TX, NV, AZ, NM, HI, VI and the Carribean.
I look forward to discussing suitable senior management opportunities you have for me. -- Note: My background of related work experiences... regarding construction consulting for banks and attorneys... opens up related insurance industry employment opportunities, i.e. property claims investigations, negotiations. litigation, etc. I am very good at generating detailed, cogent reports, as well as testifying under oath in a Deposition or a Courtroom.
