• Established emphasis on customer satisfaction by creating pre-dig and pre-drywall meetings with customer while establishing customer surveys which resulted in increased customer satisfaction from 59% to 95%.
• Created service department with work order system and full time coordinator, which eliminated BBB complaints, law suits and reduced outstanding services from 459 to less than 40.
• Established PO system eliminating invoicing, creating scheduling and PO approval with pocket PC’s to allow for subcontractor pricing accuracy while clearly defining scopes and standards. Resulting in the reduction of field errors and variances.
• Developed and maintained budgets in excess of $7,000,000.
• Established a culture of accountability through strategic planning to obtain buy-in from key employees which resulted in the creation of a mission statement, company goals and objectives, to allow for weekly and monthly measuring of our accomplishments which resulted in improved morale.
