* Cherry Pines at Flathead Lake Facility: Managed 16 acre estate, identified and corrected code violations, fixed minor electrical problems, and finished improvements. Designed and constructed an 800 sq. ft. addition including a natural stone fireplace.
* Lakeside Club Home: Assumed contract for the construction of 5,600 sq. ft. home started by previous contractor. Spearheaded efforts to identify construction deficiencies, implement corrections, and compete the project within budget. Contributed to the creation of a proposal for the owner to rent out the property as an all seasonal vacation rental.
* Secured and maintained contracts as a professional field reporter for residential properties involving insurance underwriting and mortgage foreclosure management of properties.
