Strengths include ability to build highly effective teams to develop exceptional projects through leadership and adherence to best practices. Proven track record in high pace environments on large complex projects maintaining cost control, managing entitlements, design, construction, and leasing phases. A degree in architecture with emphasis in construction management provides credibility with design teams and construction teams. Career experience as an Owner’s Rep, General Contractor Project Manager, and a Senior Manager for a Developer responsible for design and construction provides a full range of solid project management leadership skills.

Commercial Project Manager - Worked seven years on projects ranging from $10M to $58M. All projects involved preconstruction and construction phases, working collaboratively with Clients and Design Teams. Experience with GC/CM projects, Higher Education Facilities, Corporate/Retail, High Tech/Fast Track projects.
University of Washington Capital Projects Office 1989-1998
Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative for the UW Capital Projects Office managing large institutional projects with high end architecture and sophisticated building systems on the Seattle and Tacoma campuses. Managed 22 separate projects over nine years with the UW. Projects ranged from $25K to $68M.
