Construction and complete unit build-out of a 27 story 142 million-dollar 311 unit luxury condominium development. Project highlights: LEED Silver; reinforced concrete with post-tensioned slabs; three level below grade parking structure; permanent sheet piles as foundation walls. Project was completed on schedule, including an additional 10 million dollars of scope. Supervise a staff of 16.

Construction Manager of the $75 million Regional Traffic Management Center for CALTRANS, a California DSA project. Managed the General Contractor for the CA State Contract Officer who visited the jobsite weekly.

Construct a 450,000 SF, 65 million-dollar High School for the SAUSD, a California DSA project. Project consists of 35 acres with 9 separate buildings, including a Gymnasium, a Performing Arts Center and a full complement of athletic facilities. Supervise a staff of twelve.
MATT CONSTRUCTION: 2000 - 2004
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER: October 2001 - July 2004 - Los Angeles, CA
Establish GMP and Construct a 400,000 SF speculative office building complex in Playa Vista. Project included a two level 638 stall parking garage, two office buildings and an elaborate plaza over the garage. Work closely with LADBS to establish new methane mitigation code requirements. Supervise a staff of six.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER: October 1999 - September 2001 – Los Angeles, CA
Complete gut and remodel of an 180,000 SF eight story office building, including new exterior wall and MEP systems.
WALT DISNEY IMAGINEERING: 1999
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: Downtown Disney, Anaheim CA
Manage construction of infrastructure, foundations, garage and plaza for an 11 building 30-acre retail, dining and entertainment center. Coordinate and Interface with Disney and General Contractor to bring construction in on time, within budget and meet Disney quality standards.
BECHTEL: 1991 - 1998
SUPERINTENDENT: 1998 - Payne Whitney Gym, New Haven, CT
Yale University: Manage extensive remodel and restoration of a 170-year-old 600,000 SF athletic facility. Upgrade building to current life safety codes. Project included four new basketball courts, a 20,000 SF fitness center and new locker rooms. Facility remained fully operational during construction.
FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER: 1997 - Sprint / Lucent PCS, NY, NY
Manage design and construction of over 250 cellular telephone antenna sites. Supervise five Engineers and fifteen Superintendents. Work closely with Sprint and Lucent management on system equipment installation and system integration.
SUBCONTRACTS MANAGER: 1995 - 1996 - Shell Oil Refinery, Martinez, CA
Manage instrumentation controls work and administrate (200 million dollars) subcontracts. Assist with project buyout. Work closely with client to manage other Engineering Contractors.
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT: 1994 - TENGIZ, Kazakhstan
Infrastructure for Chevron Oil: New camp facilities, extensive remodeling of existing camps and civil work for two demercaptanisation plants. Supervise seven superintendents and six engineers. Labor performed by direct hire work force.
