Developed and conducted training classes for management staff and made special presentations as needed. In February, 2002 assumed the supervision of one HR Manager and a staff of five HR Analysts who had direct agency contact and performed data entry to record personnel actions into the ISIS-HR statewide computer system.

Unit staffed by twenty-eight clerks responsible for microfilming claims documents, processing film, entering data on PC network system and IBM mainframe, retrieving microfilm copies and maintaining a ten-year microfilm library. Handled personnel functions, maintained inventory control and prepared an annual budget that exceeded $200,000.
