Waterfront Access Plans: Feasibility and funding for Stuyvesant Cove, Roosevelt Island and Pier 76 Manhattan.
Legion Software: Trained in proprietary pedestrian modeling software. Management of pedestrian modeling projects for Amtrak, Metro North, Boston Metro and others.

Results: Streetscape Redesign (eventually Broadway closures) more than doubling square feet for people in the City’s most dense pedestrian environments.
