Challenges included the complete renovation of occupied hospital from basement to 5th floor during a compressed and aggressive schedule. Project finished on time and on budget. Considered one of the most profitable and significant projects for Bronson Hospital and CSM Group. This project was recipient of numerous architectural and construction awards.
• Lead Project Superintendent for 180 million dollar Bronson Hospital South Campus Redevelopment, replacement hospital. Project finished on time and on budget. Helped Bronson Hospital establish itself as one of the leaders in healthcare in the West Michigan and United States. This project was recipient of numerous architectural and construction awards.
• Lead Project Superintendent for 30 million dollar Stryker Instruments Manufacturing Project. Project finished on time and on budget. Considered a key project for Stryker Corporation’s commitment to West Michigan’s and Kalamazoo’s economy. Project was recipient of numerous architectural and construction awards.
• Lead Project Superintendent for 15 million dollar Bronson Hospital, Jasper Street Parking Structure. Project finished on time and on budget. Challenges included erecting a 7 story precast structure with occupied and functioning buildings on 3 sides, within inches of the new parking structure.
• Lead Project Superintendent for 15 million dollar Bronson Athletic Club. Challenges included combined occupancy requirements and an aggressive schedule. Project finished on time and on budget. This project was recipient of numerous architectural and construction awards.
• Lead Project Superintendent for 20 million dollar New Meijer Store #158, Knapp’s Corner. Project finished on time and on budget. Project was first ground up store for Meijer in Grand Rapids in over 15 years at the time. This project was recipient of numerous construction awards.
