December 20, 2009
Dear Sirs,
When I read this career opportunity was open with your company, I decide to apply.
I have over 20 years of experience in California and this seemed like a perfect match for my background. My leadership style encourages open communication with all staff, residents and business owners. I think organizational turn around a rebirth is all about political will. My job, as demonstrated at my past municipalities, Aerospace, Hospital and Educational Facilities is to provide sound and well-documented policy recommendations and alternatives to consider for implementation. As such, my drive and intensity to get the job done will be tested by the ability to act expeditiously.
A primary goal of mine with any organization I am employed is to provide recommendations and studies regarding the effectiveness and efficient conduct of the Company’s business. I would not be fulfilling my duties as a Leader if I did not consistently look at ways we can better serve our customers as an organization.
In this career opportunity I would look at ways of being self-sufficient and diversify our revenue stream. As such, potential economic-development projects will be key to the rebirth and self-sufficiency.
Managing multiple competing priorities in a short amount of time while practicing ‘FINISHIATIVE: finish what I start is my priority. We will need the support and understanding of our community to be successful in our endeavors.
Trust takes a lifetime to build yet can be lost in a moment. By ensuring that that we finish what we start I believe that the company will see that we deliver on our promise. With a shared goal and vision, we can accomplish great things together.
Best Regard,
Richard Gulizia
