Civil Superintendent – included but were not limited to, the supervision and activities of all trades assigned to my areas, along with ensuring that all necessary construction procedures were carried out safely, on time and with in budget. Supervised placement of formwork, reinforcement steel, all embeds and anchor bolts and proper mix design of concrete was placed in accordance with drawings, contract specs and design documents.
Civil QC Inspector - included but were not limited to, inspections of all underground services, coordinating and ensuring all tests and inspections were performed in accordance with project specifications and generating / maintaining all QC records including client turnover packages upon project completion.
