Trade responsibility includes critical systems infrastructure, clean room/lab environment, HVAC, plumbing, base electrical, site utilities, roads and grounds, procurement, project/property management. Facilitated KPIs, policies and procedures, resulting in a 40% cost reduction, while increasing work order volume by 20%.

Assistant Vice President – Facilities Management –International & Domestic
Managed 120,000 square feet of Class A office spaces for Alliance Bernstein London, UK.
Domestic responsibilities included: facilities management, move management, procurement,& coordination of build outs and expansions for 25 national offices in the Alliance Bernstein domestic portfolio. In addition, my responsibilities included: Design & Construction, Security Services, Reprographics, coordinate end-user programming for project completion on time & within budget, bid procedure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404. Construction Projects completed in 2005 [at] 2MM include: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Atlanta, San Diego, Denver & Dallas.
Manage the implementation of energy conservation projects. Involved with: RFP preparation, bid analysis, contractor interview process, permits and providing conceptual drawings utilizing AutoCad 2000. Projects included: air distribution, water conservation and HVAC controls. Worked directly with Designers, Contractors, Facility Managers and Energy Consultants.
