 Completed The Avenues in Oxnard – a $38 million, 96 unit development (three story wood frame) – and Collage in Oxnard – a $62 million, 124 unit development (two story wood frame)
 Managed the $128 million construction of the 171 unit Aldea at Dos Vientos in Thousand Oaks, a 32 acre hillside development that required blasting and 12 million yard grading for a city park, YMCA, and attached commercial center
