Initially reported to the Project Engineer in the initial phase of developing execution strategies for a large refinery expansion (7.2 Billion) in Houston Texas. Developed contract and work execution packages for area civil plant foundations, storm water drainage, heavy haul road construction, pile installation, pipe rack and concrete structure foundations. I then mobilized to the field and constructed all site preparation foundations for the refinery expansion plants. Presently, I am the site Civil Superintendant for the construction of the new Naphtha plant. I supervise a large multi craft force consisting of Iron Workers, Carpenters, Operators, Pipefitters, and Laborers. We have constructed all of the concrete foundations for the pipe racks, heater, and reactor foundations, all table tops, and all plant equipment and pump foundations. We have erected all of our steel structures, and placed all underground storm water, fire water piping and above surface piping. We presently are conducting backfill and area paving operations. We are staging our modules and are in the process of placing our pipe rack modules.

Responsible for environmental remediation projects such as decontamination and decommissioning of NTS facilities. Responsible for the management of divisions for solid waste management, engineering, regulatory compliance, records management, and union labor relations.
