• Direct all contractor activities, events, scheduling, adherence to prints, specifications and execution
• Interview potential employees, conduct performance reviews, maintain time records
• Advocate, direct and maintain Quality Control Program: inspections and records, timely review of scheduling progress, maintenance and recovery to project closeout

Superintendent for a contractor on Two US Government Projects (Veterans Administration) worth $20MM in Menlo Park, CA. Completed both on time and schedule
Superintendent on $24MM, 17 story high rise, mixed use project in downtown Boise, ID
This project was deemed “impossible†due to logistics, access and equipment constraints at the site. The footprint of the building was 32’ by 177’ surrounded on three sides by an active parking garage; the fourth was Front Street which is the beginning of the entrance for the cross-town connector (I-84).
• Building was mixed use high-rise building with residential and commercial in a condominium block with parking garage, retail stores and offices. It had to be structurally and seismically independent of the adjoining structures while allowing access on several levels and maintaining fire separations with these structures.
• Project won national award for “Best use of Urban Space†feature article in “Construction Today Magazineâ€

$120MM Stafford Creek Correction Facility: A 1,900 bed facility for all levels of confinement.
• Prisoner dormitories: phases of concrete, tilt-up, structural, and masonry and tunnel forming
• Winter and in climate conditions: project was started in July and most of the foundation and site work was completed in the winter. Dewatering, protection of slabs, and construction heat were all involved

$1.2B Semi-Conductor Facility. Over 1MM sq. ft. including a central utility plant, fabrication facility, waste water treatment facility, and Company Headquarters office building. Work force of over 2400.
General Superintendent, Meissner+Wurst/Marshall, Eugene, OR February 1996 to June 1997
$200MM Semiconductor facility. A class one Clean room facility for the production of memory chips (104,000 sq/ft). Over one million square feet in three buildings, included central utility plant and electric substation on a twenty-three acre site. Total work force reached 1,400.
General Superintendent, Intel D2P3, ADP Marshall, Sunnyvale, CA November 1994 to February 1996
$137MM class one clean room project for the production of computer chips; included all HVAC and process systems. Located on the Intel Campus, the project was constructed between the D2P2 fab. and the Pentium testing facility while they were in operation. Total work force was over 600.
