My name is Randy Kirkus. I am interested in a position that encompasses the management of multiple projects. I have managed a variety of large technical functions and had numerous opportunities in the electric utility business from power plant construction to transmission system operations. My main strength is the ability to lead people in achieving strategic organizational results. Most of my career has been in the southeastern USA, with international experience in Sweden, Portugal, Poland, Northern Ireland, Germany and Great Britain.
A position in an aggressive, growing company with creative and diverse people is my objective. With a strong project management background, I use these techniques in all aspects of organizational management. I’ve had the opportunity to re-energize, refocus, and restructure three different organizations - a 350-person construction division, a corporate planning department and a statewide 24/7 operations organization.
I’m committed to development of people. Organizations, I believe, perform best when the people are committed to the same objectives, are having fun and are rewarded and recognized for their efforts. I like working with and for people who know how to run a business, how to take care of employees and how to put the team before themselves.
Please review my resume’ and if my credentials match your needs, I’d like to talk with you.
