Management
• roject Manager of ten multi-story projects in Texas and Florida. The largest encompassing approximately 145,000 square feet and the tallest being a 10 story facility that is located in downtown Miami, Florida.
• Project Manager for the tenant improvement build-out of an eight story, 144,000 square foot building that is home for the City of Houston Health and Human Services department.
• Construction and Development Manager for the renovation, out-parcel building construction, and tenant build-outs of an eight acre retail center, located within a special design district of Pompano Beach, Florida.
• Project Manager on several new retail buildings and centers, storage facility expansions, commercial maintenance facilities, plus professional office developments.
• Project Manager on the award, negotiation, development, and conversion of a seven acre parcel to a regional, commercial and retail lumber yard.
