Introduced new vendors, architects, and general contractors into the system. Responsible for the entitlement and permitting process, including municipality meetings and presentations. Responsible for the construction process, including on-site inspections, completion and turnover, punchlists, change order approvals and controls, and invoice processing. Responsible for all contract administration, internal and external dispute resolution, and regular internal sites-in-process reporting. Daily resolution of internal matters regarding the construction department. Developed strong working partnerships with real estate, legal, operations, and other internal corporate departments. Attended regular executive level staff meetings involving new stores and remodel approvals and reporting. Developed, hosted, and presented at annual general contractor and vendor conferences.
