ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 09/2002 to Present – Senior Estimator. Prepared estimates from Winter Garden office. Successful estimates include $6 million Plantation, Florida Target; $15 million Miramar, Florida Super Target; $1.5 million Remodel for the Port Charlotte Target; $1.7 million CVS Pharmacy in North Fort Myers; $8 million to convert a Ft. Myers Target into a Super Target: $7.6 million Ft. Myers, Super Target; $3.4 million Remodel for the Naples Target; $27.3 million Elementary School K for Collier County School Board, $8 million Collier County Fleet Facility Phase One, $8 million Phase Two Sheriffs Fleet Facility and $10 million renovation of Rush Library [at] Edison College. I assisted the CEO in preparing the successful bid and Value Engineering on a $24.3 million Assisted Living Facility at Shell Point Village in Fort Myers. I also assist our Marketing Dept. in preparing Budget Estimates and Schedules for presentations, and the Operations Dept. in developing Operation Policy and Procedure manuals.
 I developed the sub database for ISQFT invitation to bid system. Also, sent out ITB’s for Building and Civil Division on ISQFT and Blue Book.
 05/2005 to 6/2006 was assigned as Project Manager to complete the $24.3 million Arbor Assisted Living Facility at Shell Point Village. The project was completed 3 months ahead of schedule and $436,000 was returned to the Owner as project cost savings
 04/2001 to 5/2002 – Executive Vice-President, duties included the training a new manager of the Target Store staff, monitoring other construction activities of the company and preparing a Company Operational Manual.
 11/1992 to 5/2002 – Senior Project Manager for Construction of Target Stores, responsible for Estimates, Schedules, Contracts, Contract Administration. Construction, Change Orders, Pay Requests and Project Closeout. We built 40 Target Stores from Virginia to Alabama. We also built Two Best Buy stores in Kentucky and Three Best Buy stores in Virginia. (A complete listing of the Target locations, sizes, and contract amounts will be furnished upon request.)
 8/1991 to 2/1993 – Senior Project Manager for $5 million Chilled Water Plant expansion for Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
 4/1991 to 2/1993 – Assisted Estimating Department in preparing GMP and Competitively bid estimates using Timberline Estimating.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 5/1990 to 4/1991 – Senior Project Manager for Sixty bed Nursing Home Addition for Mease Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. This was a $2.5 million project completed on time and within budget. HRS inspections were required.
 4/1989 to 7/1990 – Senior Project Manager for a Design-Build 475 unit Housing Project for Pinellas County Housing Authority.
This was an $11.8 million dollar project completed 30 days early and well within budget.
 10/1988 to 3/1989 – Senior Project Manager for the Jacksonville Community Correctional Facility ($4.9 million). This was a Design-Build, 300-bed facility completed in 120 days.
 4/1988 to 10/1988 – Senior Project Manager for Gibbs High School Theatre Arts addition, ($3 million).
 4/1988 to 3/1989 – Senior Project Manager for Oak Grove Middle School additions and renovations, ($2.3 million). Completed within budget, 180 days early.
 1/1987 to 3/1988 – As Chief Estimator, prepared estimates for Conceptual, Competitive, Design/Built and Construction Management Projects. Projects successfully estimated: Ft. McCoy Elementary School ($5 million), Gibbs High School Theatre Arts Building ($2.5 million), WTVT Station and Radar Tower ($8 million) and Oak Grove Middle School ($2.3 million).

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 11/1985 to 4/1986 – Project Manager for the additions to and renovations of Margate Square Shopping Center, Margate, Florida. The contract exceeded $1 million.
 12/1984 to 12/1985 – Project Manager for the construction of St. Lukes Eye Clinic located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. This Structure is a 75,000 square foot, three-story multi-occupancy building, with the first floor being ambulatory surgery requiring HRS inspection. The initial contract was for $3.5 million. Change Orders exceeded $2.5 million. This was a Fast Trak Project with a fixed completion date, which was met.
 5/1985 to 3/1985 – Project Manager for the construction of Royal Palm Centre, an Adult Congregate Living Facility of 185 units and common areas, located in Port Charlotte, Florida. The project was completed on time at a cost of $4.5 million.
 4/1984 to 11/1984 – Project Manager for the construction of Fairway Pines, an Adult Congregate Living Facility of 178 units and common areas, located in Sebring, Florida. This project was completed on time at a cost of $4.1 million.
