Nova-Savvis – Digital Realty Center, Chicago - $83 K
Oversaw the 4000 square foot office build out with in an existing telecommunications hotel with no service interruption. Adhered to the LEED’s building requirements as required by the owner. Completed within the four week schedule and included demising walls and bullet resistant pass through glass.
Metropolitan Biosolids Management – Water Reclamation District, Stickney - $5.6 M
Contribute to the $150 Million biosolid processing facility as part of a design/build assist team including MBM international parent company Veolia Water. Scope included the civil and site-work, caissons, underground utilities, structural concrete, pre-engineered building, masonry stair towers, fire protection and office. Worked with a third party and internal design team to develop scope, schedule and solutions as well as owner vendors for equipment and structure. Project was phased and duration was thirty months.
Sheraton Hotel – 1110 Willow Road, Northbrook - $14.5 M
Revised the estimate with value engineering to secure the construction of a five story, 164 room proto-type hotel building as part of the 12 acre, Willow Festival development. Worked with the developer to satisfy Sheraton Hotel requirements within the pro-forma budget and time constraints for a successful development.
Central Plaza – Central & Milwaukee, Glenview - $12.9 M
5.6 acre, 100,000 square foot, five building retail development. Worked with developer and architect to value engineer 15% budget savings. Secured subcontractor commitments and provided itemized scope and product description in a banking format to successfully attain owner financing. Negotiated a design/build GMP contract with a 7% fee.
Bridgeport Village – 3300 S. Racine, Chicago - $15 M
Implemented a management program for a residential development. Consisted of a 115 up-scale single-family homes, completing the infrastructure, punch-list and final twenty buildings. Secured Chicago permitting and implemented pay requests through Chicago Title & Trust. Prepared 175 subcontracts and insurance certificates in 45 days for the developer and bank. Launched a punch list program to administer 55 home owners with construction deficiencies. Assembled scope and pricing for a close out pro-forma and to secure additional bank financing.
